Itinerary

DAY 1 Siem Reap Arrival and transfer to hotel.
DAY 2 Siem Reap Visit the main temples and terraces, including the wonderful Angkor Wat temple. Walk and aperitif in a private house.
DAY 3 Siem Reap Exploration of Tonle Sap Lake aboard a local boat, sailing between floating villages. Lunch with a local family in their stilt house. In the afternoon you will participate in the NGO Eco Soap Bank's soap recycling workshop.
DAY 4 Siem Reap Prepare a typical breakfast in a local village and visit another village known for bamboo rice processing and coconut harvesting. Learn about the creation of handicrafts from palm leaves. In the afternoon, head to a "rice school" run by a French NGO for a lunch prepared by the students.
DAY 5 Kratie Explore Kratié and the village of Sambor, then reach the island of Koh Phdau. Start a solidarity project by exploring the island on foot or by bicycle. Dinner and overnight stay in homestay.
DAY 6 - 8 Kratie Share daily life on the island, participating in Khmer classes in the morning and doing supportive activities during the day. Meals are prepared by local families, and you will have free time to explore the island.
DAY 9 Phnom Penh After breakfast on the island, say goodbye to the community and head to Sambor. Explore the local pagoda and then leave for Phnom Penh.
DAY 10 Return to Italy Transfer to the airport for the return flight.
