Please note that this itinerary includes a 2-night overnight stay in the village of the Santa Rosa community, in the homes of the inhabitants. Some spirit of adaptation is therefore required, which will be amply rewarded by the authenticity of this experience.

This trip includes walking sections in the city or nature, biking and boating.

In Santa Rosa, you will immerse yourself in community life by staying at the homes of the residents. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in their daily activities, including farming, weaving, fruit picking, and creating pottery crafts.

Day 1 Buenos Aires Arrival and transfer to hotel
Day 2 Buenos Aires Day dedicated to cultural experiences: learning Fileteado Porteño, exploring the city of Buenos Aires, and then immersing yourself in authentic tango at a local Milonga during the evening.
Day 3 Buenos Aires Sustainable exploration of the Paraná Delta by train, bicycle and kayak. Evening devoted to an Argentine-style cooking class.
Day 4 Buenos Aires Visit La Boca neighborhood and meet with a local cooperative.
Day 5 Skip Authentic meeting with the local community of Cafayate, where you will have lunch with the inhabitants.
Day 6 St. Rose Community Pottery class with two artisans residing in a village in the valley. Immersion experience in the Santa Rosa community, with an overnight stay at the homes of local families.
Day 7 St. Rose Community Entire day dedicated to village and community life.
Day 8 Iguazu On the way back to Salta, you will cross the majestic Quebrada de las Conchas, with planned stops for memorable photo shoots. In the evening, you will delight your taste buds with an Argentine dinner, enjoying great food and wine at an establishment frequented by Iguazu locals.
Day 9 Iguazu Day immersed in the natural beauty of the spectacular Iguazu Falls on the Argentine side. A relaxing time aboard small boats among the islands of the Iguazu River, followed by the first encounter with jungle flora and fauna, guided by an experienced aboriginal guide.
Day 10 Iguazu You will explore Iguazu National Park by bicycle, traversing the paths along the river and entering the lush jungle. At the end, a walk will fully immerse you in the beauty of the surrounding nature.
Day 11 Return to Italy In the morning you will admire the falls from the Brazilian side, walking along the footbridges leading to the magnificent jumps of the Iguazu River, before flying back to Buenos Aires.
