Itinerary

Day 1 Barcelona Flight arrival and free transfer, overnight hotel stay in Barcelona
Day 2 Barcelona Discover the Mediterranean with a marine biologist! Visit the harbor, watch the fish auction, and enjoy an anchovy tasting with bread and wine. Excursion available Monday through Friday. Return to the hotel in the evening.
Day 3 Ebro River Delta High-speed train to Tarragona, rural cab to Ebro Delta. Guided tour of a rice field, paella lunch and overnight stay at the hotel. Unique experience in nature and tradition.
Day 4 Alquezar Rural cab to Sierra de Guara Natural Park with breathtaking scenery. Free visit to the medieval town of Alquézar. Overnight stay in Alquezar.
Day 5 Alquezar Rafting in the Rio Vero Canyon: an experience suitable for everyone, as long as you know how to swim. Easy and guided descent into the Rio Vero Canyon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Packed lunch included in the midst of nature. Overnight stay in Alquezar.
Day 6 Alquezar Walk in the Sierra y Cañones de Guara Natural Park for sightings of Egyptian vultures and close observation of griffon vultures in their natural habitat. Visit Casa de los Buitres, an interpretation center; this activity is run by a bearded vulture conservation NGO.
Day 7 Alquezar Excursion to Buera with visit and olive oil tasting, walk among the vineyards and hundred-year-old olive trees. Lunch planned at a Slow Food restaurant and free time in Alquezar in the afternoon. Evening with telescope observation of the starry sky.
Day 8 Zaragoza Breakfast and departure by rural cab to Zaragoza Stop for free visit to Loarre Castle, one of the best-preserved Roman castles in Europe (entrance with audio guide is included), Stop in the small village of Riglos where we will enjoy the view of the marvelous Mallos de Riglos for photo opportunities. Lunch in Riglos. Overnight stay and free dinner in Zaragoza.
Day 9 Zaragoza Breakfast and tour of Zaragoza, discovering the city's rich Roman and Moorish heritage. See the Basilica del Pilar, Plaza de las Catedrales, La Seo and Aljafería Palace. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10 Return to Italy Breakfast and possible free time before departing by high-speed train to Barcelona, free transfer to airport based on your flight back to Italy.
