  • Valid passport required, as listed at www.viaggiaresicuri.it (Indonesia tab under “entry requirements”).
  • Country entry visa required, to be done at the airport once you arrive at your destination. Follow directions provided by Viaggiare Sicuri
  • Spirit of adventure, adaptability and good physical fitness are required for the trip. Hotels are simple, always without hot water and WIFI, shampoo/soap may not be provided. The dishes are Indonesian and often spicy. Sunscreen, hat and mosquito spray are recommended.
  • A compact suitcase and a light hiking backpack are recommended.
  • Many roads are not in very good condition, and phone/internet coverage is limited during transfers.
  • In Wae Rebo village where you stay on the ground in traditional house shared with villagers and other guests

DAY 2 Ende Transfer to Jakarta airport for flight to Maumere. Visit to Sikka village and Koka beach.
DAY 3 Riung Ascent to Kelimutu volcano to view colorful lakes. Visit to Ndua Ria and the village of Saga. Pengga Jawa Beach
DAY 4 Riung Boat excursion in the 17 Islands National Park. Snorkeling, picnic lunch and relaxation on the beach.
DAY 5 Bajawa Departure for Bajawa. Stop at Soa Springs and visit the Ogi Waterfall. Walk through the local market.
DAY 6 Ruteng Visit to the megalithic villages of Luba and Bena. Stop in Aimere to taste local arak and at Rana Mese Lake. Arrival in Ruteng.
DAY 7 Wae Rebo Cancar exploration, trekking to Wae Rebo. Arrive in Wae Rebo for the night in a traditional house.
