The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), after careful consideration and a long process, has accepted us as a member for sustainable tourism and ecotourism.
This achievement is an honor for us and at the same time a commitment that we cultivate with passion: to be explorers and to move toward tourism that contributes to a better future for all.
During the 116th session of the UNWTO Executive Council held in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Travel World Escape was welcomed as an affiliate member along with 15 new members from Canada, Chile, Croatia, Ecuador, Malaysia, Portugal, Spain, Turkey and the United States representing private entities, universities, DMOs, professional associations and NGOs.
“The great responsibility we have is to make travel increasingly responsible. Every actor is committed to acting toward this vision in the near future. The whole planet is at stake, and climate change and humanitarian crises are clear evidence of this. That is why we are proud to announce our contribution and active engagement as members of the World Tourism Organization.”
These are the words of Cristina, founder of Travel World Escape.

Contributing to a sustainable global tourism where knowledge and innovation are truly applied to make tourism more responsible is the common goal we want to pursue.
Together we contribute to a better future for ourselves and the planet.
The UNWTO recognizes the private sector as an important partner in fulfilling its overall mandate to promote sustainable tourism development and the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.
