Itinerary

Day 1 San José Arrival in San Jose and transfer to a boutique hotel.
Day 2 San José Guided tour of Ciudad Colon and Quitirrisi Indigenous Reserve to learn about colonial and cultural traditions. Meet Tony, a local craftsman famous for the Cimarrona and Mascarada masks. Visit to his home, have a home-cooked lunch with his family, and participate to an Art Tour. Dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 3 Sarapiqui Depart for Sarapiqui through Braulio Carrillo National Park. Experience cooking class in the afternoon, gathering fresh produce from the garden to prepare and enjoy dinner.
Day 4 Sarapiqui Visit to a local school and work with students to create an organic greenhouse.
Day 5 Alajuela Exploration of Los Chiles National Park and discovery of its rich biodiversity.
Day 6 Alajuela Morning walk to learn about fruit trees and medicinal plants. Visit to the Butterfly Garden and Arenal Volcano National Park. Relaxation in the volcano's natural hot springs.
Day 7 Monteverde Reserve Tour in Lake La Fortuna and Footprints Walk in Monteverde Reserve to understand history and community engagement. Visit sustainable initiatives such as Children's Eternal Rainforest, Monteverde Coffee Center, and Women's Cooperative.
Day 8 Guanacaste Morning walk in Monteverde Cloud Forest and visit to Las Pumas Rescue Center. Journey to Guanacaste.
Day 9 Guanacaste Free time in Guanacaste for optional activities such as snorkeling, paddle boarding, horseback riding or rafting.
Day 10 Guanacaste Free time in Guanacaste for optional activities such as snorkeling, paddle boarding, horseback riding or rafting.
Day 11 Guanacaste Beach cleanup day
